Birthday & Christmas Time!

It's that time of year..
December has quickly found its way into our lives again and here begins all the festivity.

But before all that begins, its (it was) my birthday!
On the 18th December 2014 I turned 19.
No biggie, nothing changes at this age and each year they seem to become more boring and less exciting than the one before.
Presents become more practical and tend to revert to being socks and tights... Thrilling I know.
Honestly, it feels like my birthday has just whizzed by in a flash.
Pretty sure I feel a couple of wrinkles creeping their way onto my face though.. help!
Best crack out the anti-aging cream.

However my lovely and extremely generous boyfriend has gifted me the most exciting of all.. A day pass to Ragdale Hall health hydro and thermal spa and honestly, I cannot wait. (along with a meal out at Zizzis.. one of my most favourite italian restaurants)
What can be better than free (ish) food, amazing pools, aromatic smells and not to mention the massages!
I couldn't ask for a better person to spend my time with there.

5 months ago I fell in love...

Don't worry, this won't get soppy.

Growing up i've always had pets.. I've had 4 cats (not all at the same time) and two rabbits whom I adored. Sadly all have passed away and i'm left with one cat called Sooty (generic name for a black cat I know aha!)

At least 6 months ago, my family were discussing about getting another family pet and for the first time ever we collectively as a family bought our first family puppy!

We decided on a small little dog - a Poochon (miniature poodle X a Bichon frisé) which is a dog with a very very curly coat and doesn't moult.

We ended up choosing this bundle of joy and named her Iggy!

Introduction

Starting this introductory paragraph has possibly been one of the hardest things to do...

I've always had the urge to start a blog, yet never known how to create one or where to begin. 
I was also worried that it wouldn't be worthy of my time and just grow to be a non-meaningless blog with sporadic posts that eventually evolves into a burden.

This time the determination is there as I for one, enjoy reading other peoples blogs and two, enjoy writing my events and happenings down to keep as a sort of "website diary" is that lame?

To be truthfully honest, I am yet to consider what this blog will contain, it may just be full of my insignificant ramblings or it may evolve into its own demeanour...

Time is the only way to tell.
